arhar ki dal

arhar dal is most desire able dish in our home because it is very heavy to protein and healthy . When you don't like to it then you can take one bowl of dal and eat it you will never fill weakness .

Ingredients:
arhar dal - 1 cup
water to cook - 2-3 cup
salt
turmeric powder
onion -1
tomatoes -1
hing
cumin seed
green coriander leaves
garlic

Method

1. wash dal with clean water
2. cook with pressure cooker firstly drain out dal form the water and and 4 cup of water in pressure cooker and add salt to taste and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder in pressure cooker and close the lid and wait of first whistle when it comes now flame should be medium and leave it 10 minutes on a medium flame.
3 Now dal is cooked and check it's consistency it should not be more liquid or think. you can add hot water as per your requirements.

2 Now take a small type of pan and take oil and heat it and add some cumin seed , a pinch of hing  and chopped garlic when it's crackled then add chopped onion when it's onion brown then add finely chopped tomatoes now wait for soft add some green leaves coriander  

3. Now add in the dal. your dal is ready and serve it hot with roti , rice.
