aloo bhujiya sabji


aloo ki bhujiya sabji

Ingredients

Medium shape potatoes 10-12
Garlic
Green chili
Cumin seeds
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. Heat a pan and add some oil when oil heated then add cumin seeds , garlic and chopped green chili and wait still brown

2. Now add chopped potatoes and add salt to taste and turmeric powder .

3. Leave it on a dim flame from 15-20 minutes when potatoes cooked then it is means it ready.

4. It is ready and serve it hot with daal and rice.
