gobhi ka paratha


India is a very beautiful country, if we talk about our Indian food then it is impossible to describe because India is only one country there are so many delicious food is available and pratha is also one of them. So today we will talk about Gobhi ka pratha .

We need some ingredients like:

cauliflower : 1 small size
wheat floor : 2 Cup
green coriander 
salt
ajwaine
ginger : small size
garlic : 2 clove
oil

METHOD TO PREPARE

First step is wheat and water mix well and make a dough and leave it for 10 mins. after that cut the cauliflower very small size (use kaddu kas) and mix all the ingredients very well. Now take a dough and fill it with the prepared mixture and cook it like a roti when it cooked half then use oil.

Now your gobhi ka prantha is ready to serve. You can serve with pickle , chatni or curd.

hari dhaniya tamatar ki chatni


Oh my god dhaniya chatni it is mouth watring dish. Or saath mai thike pan ka bhi ehasas hota hia chatni kise bhi jeej ki bani ho mouth ka swaad hi change ho jata hai. So aap log ready ho jaaeye ingredients note karne kia liye.

INGREDIENTS:

HARI DHANIYA : 5-6 lachche

hari mirch-2

tamatar-1 chota sa

garlic -3-4

salt swaad anusaar

ajwain todi se

METHOD TO PREPARE

Ab in sabhi ingredients ko miksi mai barik pees le or baad mai namak daalye.

Ye lijiye aap ki swaadisht chatni tayart hai.

Matar paneer ki sabji ek esi sabji hai jiska naam leti hee muuh mai paani aa jaata hai. Par agar esi pyaar se banaya jaaye to khane mai swaad or bhi badh jaata hai.

PAKANE KI VIDHI


Sabhi sabut masale ko barik pees lijiye or alag se tamatar or pyaj ko bhi barik pees lijiye.Ab ek pen mai oil dal kar use garm hone tak rakhe phir usme heeng dal dijiye or ab pessa hua masala dal dijiye use tab tak pakaye jab tak ki pen mai se oil chodh na de or ab peesa hua tomato or onion ka pest dal dijiye ab use bhi oil dekhne tak pakaye ab usme matar or namak dal kar 5min. tak pakaye ab jarurat ke hisab se paani dalkar use pakaye or ab pen mai paneer kat kar dal dijiye or 2min. tak pakaye or hari dhaniya se use sajaye.
