masala chai is very useful for your good
health whenever you fill weakness you
can take 1 cup of masala chai after taking a cup of chai you will feel very comfortable and good.Ingredients
water - 2 cup
milk - 1 cup
sugar - 2 spoon
tea leaf - 1/2 spoon
black paper - 5-6
green cardamom - 1
cloves- 2 or 3
Method
Heat 2 cup of water in a pan and add sugar,
tea leaf, black paper, ginger, cardamom, clove .
it should be boiled for 10 to 15 minutes
and add milk and again boiled it for 7-10 mins.
now your masala chai is ready.
