how to make saag

Ingredients:

chorae ka saag - 1 kg

garlic - 8 to 9 piece
salt
red chili - 2 to 3 piece
mustered oil

Method

First of all clean and wash the saag and boiled it for 10mins.
And now heated a pan and add some oil when it heated then add garlic, red chili and salt and cracked 
Now add boiled saag and mesh it very well your saag is ready to cook.

full cream milk - 500 ml
curd - 2-3 spoon

Method
First of all heat the milk for 15-20 min. and heat off
Now when milk is only warm then add 2 spoon curd and cover it and take a side
After 5 to 6 hours your curd is ready

Ingredients:
Lady fingers - 250gm
small size onion - 4
turmeric powder
salt
chili powder
aamchur
oil
methi

Method:

1. First of all wash all ladyfingers and cut it fingers size shape and sharp between it.
2. Now add it salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, aamchur, and mix it well and leave it or 5 to 8 min.

3. And heat a pan and add some oil and add some seed of methi when it cracked  it then add ladyfingers and cook it medium heat now your masalay wale bhindi tayar hai.

4. Serve it roti or daal rice.

masala chai
masala chai is very useful for your good health whenever you fill weakness  you can take 1 cup of masala chai after taking a cup of chai  you will feel very comfortable and good.

Ingredients
water - 2 cup
milk - 1 cup
sugar - 2 spoon
tea leaf - 1/2 spoon
black paper - 5-6
green cardamom - 1
cloves- 2 or 3


Method

Heat 2 cup of water in a pan and add sugar, tea leaf, black paper, ginger, cardamom, clove .

it  should be boiled for 10 to 15 minutes and add milk and again boiled it for 7-10 mins.

now your masala chai  is ready.

arhar ki dal

arhar dal is most desire able dish in our home because it is very heavy to protein and healthy . When you don't like to it then you can take one bowl of dal and eat it you will never fill weakness .

Ingredients:
arhar dal - 1 cup
water to cook - 2-3 cup
salt
turmeric powder
onion -1
tomatoes -1
hing
cumin seed
green coriander leaves
garlic

Method

1. wash dal with clean water
2. cook with pressure cooker firstly drain out dal form the water and and 4 cup of water in pressure cooker and add salt to taste and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder in pressure cooker and close the lid and wait of first whistle when it comes now flame should be medium and leave it 10 minutes on a medium flame.
3 Now dal is cooked and check it's consistency it should not be more liquid or think. you can add hot water as per your requirements.

2 Now take a small type of pan and take oil and heat it and add some cumin seed , a pinch of hing  and chopped garlic when it's crackled then add chopped onion when it's onion brown then add finely chopped tomatoes now wait for soft add some green leaves coriander  

3. Now add in the dal. your dal is ready and serve it hot with roti , rice.

Ingredients

Medium shape potatoes 10-12
Garlic
Green chili
Cumin seeds
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. Heat a pan and add some oil when oil heated then add cumin seeds , garlic and chopped green chili and wait still brown

2. Now add chopped potatoes and add salt to taste and turmeric powder .

3. Leave it on a dim flame from 15-20 minutes when potatoes cooked then it is means it ready.

4. It is ready and serve it hot with daal and rice.

My dear friends are you heard about chana  daal  paratha yes, it is true today i will provide you a method to make this yummy paratha and not need to much ingredients to make it , it is very easy to make them.

Ingredients:
Chane ki daal : half kg
Turmeric powder
salt
red chili
cumin seeds
hing

Method
1. First of all boiled daal with half cup of water and turmeric powder it should not  be melt means daal should be half cooked.

2. After half cooked add crackle cumin seeds, red chili, hing and pour in daal

3. Now roughly grind it and add salt.

4. Now take a wheat aate ki  loi and stuff daal masala and make it round like roti and cooked it till brown and spread some deshi ghi or butter.

ye lijiye aapka chana daal paratha ready hai and now serve it hot with aloo sabji

yellow pulao

Ingredients :
Mustard oil
Rice - 1 cup
Potatoes - 1 or 2
Green Shimla mirch - 1
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Soyabin - 10-15
Cumin seeds
Asafetida (hing)
Cinnamon(dalchini)
Cloves  (long)
Saumph
Turmeric powder (haldi)
Salt
Green chill - 2-3

Method

Soak the rice in 1 litre water for 1 hours.Drain and set aside.

Now chopped all green vegetables and green chill also.  

Heat a deep non-stick pan or cooker add the oil followed by cumin seeds , cinnamon, sauph, hing , cloves and sauté for a few seconds or until the spices fragrant

add drained rice or potatoes , tomato , shimla mirch and fried soyabin and salt and roast it for 2-3 minutes.

add one gillas of water bring it to boil and cover it for 20 minutes.

Now garnish with the coriander leaves

My dear friends if you have not much ingredients then don't worry i have an idea still you can make delicious aloo prantha for your lovely family

First of all collect some ingredients form your kitchen or refrigerator like:

Green coriander leaves
Green chili : 1-2
Ginger: a little piece
celery (ajwain) : one pinch
salt
amchur : two pinch
Boiled pill potatoes :3-4

Method to prepare

1      Mesh potatoes and add all ingredients .

2      Make a loi and stuff some potatoes masala and make a round shape like a roti.

3      Now take it on a heat tawa and cook it till brown and spread some deshi ghe and butter.

4      Serve it curd or pickle.

shimla mirch or aloo ki sabji



Ingredients
Green shimla mirch - 2
Potato - 4 (medium)
Tomato- 1
Garam masala
Mustered oil
Onion -2
Garlic- thodi se
Ginger(thoda sa)
Cumin (jera)- thoda sa
Hari mirch - 3
Coriander powder
Salt
Hing (asafetida)- thodi se
sauph - thodi se
Coriander leaves for garnish


Method to prepare recipe

1. Firstly wash all green vegetables and cut potatoes , shimla mirch and tomato take it side.

2. Now heat oil in a pan and add some seeds of jera and sauph when it starts to crackle then add chopped onion and after 5min add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and hing(asafetida) ek chutki  sauté it.

3. Add garam masala , haldi powder, salt to taste and cook it to 4-5min and now add chopped potatoes , shimla mirch and tomato  and cover it or cook for 15 mins. on a dim flame

4. Next step is check if potatoes are soft then garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti and daal.
